The Rock Island Line
Considering all things that happened during the day... the show was a good one.
It all started early in the morning when we received a call from the company doing the sound for the show that there was an accident. The employees were ok but the gear was scattered over the highway and in a field.
That led to many rapid phone calls to try and scrounge some gear for the show. Considering it was Sunday during a long weekend, it wasn't an easy task. But we somehow managed to get some gear and the show went on.
The Rock Island Line were great as usual... played all of Johnny's hits and more.
What started out a stressful day turned into a great way to cap off a long weekend!
